Why We Started
Property search in India is fragmented. Listings sit scattered across newspaper classifieds, local brokers, WhatsApp groups, and half a dozen apps — and rarely do they agree with each other on price, availability, or even whether the property still exists on the market.
We started Vasasthala to bring some order to that chaos: one platform, consistent listing information, and a search experience that doesn't require guesswork.
We began by focusing closely on regional markets, learning what property seekers and sellers actually need instead of building a generic template. That approach now shapes how we're expanding Vasasthala to serve buyers and sellers across the country.
